April 11 - Totally Jazzed with the TPB Jazz Band
The Triangle Pride Jazz Band presents: Totally Jazzed!, an evening of lighthearted, refreshing, and wholly imaginative tunes.
This will be their first concert under the direction of Associate AD Eileen Snyder, who has also arranged and orchestrated some of the music for the band. Familiar standards frolic alongside nursery rhymes, classic rock hits, and even iconic orchestral fanfares, all creatively reimagined for jazz ensemble. Full of a wide range of styles from swing to funk to disco, this concert promises to be a delightful (and danceable) occasion – get totally jazzed!
This concert will be on April 11, 2026 at NC State Kennedy-McIlwee Theater.
April 18 - Ensemble Pop With the TPB Chorus
Join us at 7:00 PM on Saturday, April 18th at Jones Chapel on Meredith College’s campus for our spring concert: Ensemble Pop! Our repertoire of pop music from the 60s to the present features artists whose signature sound includes multiple singers and intricate vocal harmonies. We’ll travel through the decades, from the soulful R&B of the Temptations, to the lush layered vocals in The Beatles’ “Because”, to 90s hits from *NSYNC and Destiny’s Child, all the way to the present with “What It Sounds Like” from KPop Demon Hunters. Come and hear the best ensemble pop hits from the past 60 years!
