Theme for the spring cycle is "Jazz Nouveau" and will concentrate on more modern jazz pieces starting in the 60's and moving forward. This is a long cycle, but it gives us time to try some challenging pieces.

Dear Singers,
We’re excited to invite you to play a key role in shaping the future of the Triangle Pride Chorus! As we search for our new Choral Director, we’re looking for singers—both current and former members, as well as anyone interested—to participate in the evaluation process.
Each finalist candidate will lead a 45-minute conducting/rehearsal demonstration, including a warm-up and rehearsal of a piece they’ve selected. As a singer in the evaluating choir, you’ll get to experience each candidate’s leadership style firsthand and provide confidential feedback to help us make the best decision.

📅 Date: Thursday, March 6th, 2025
⏰ Time: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM (Please plan on arriving around 6:15, in order to begin our first finalist right at 6:30)
📍 Location: Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church -
4415 Pleasant Grove Church Rd, Raleigh, NC 27613
🎵 What You’ll Do: Sing with the group, observe the candidates, and complete a short feedback form after each session.
Your voice—both in music and in feedback—matters in finding a director who will create an engaging, inclusive, and musically enriching experience for all.
If you are unable to attend, we will post a recording of both candidates’ conducting demos and allow you time to complete the feedback survey.
The feedback form must be completed and submitted by Sunday, March 9th at 11:59 PM.
