OUR IMPACT:
The Triangle Pride Band provides performance opportunities for LGBTQ+ and allied musicians in a safe, affirming space. We aim to strengthen our community through sharing our love of music and promoting social equity, arts education, and queer visibility. The Triangle Pride Band offers multiple ensembles such as Symphonic, Jazz, Marching/ Pep, and Choral. Collectively, we perform multiple times a year throughout North Carolina.
Our Call to Action
As a community-based band, we rely on the support of our friends and allies to sustain our mission. Our fundraising campaign aims to provide us with the resources necessary to keep sharing our music far and wide. Your contributions will help us in the following ways:
Instrument Fund
Updating and maintaining our instruments to ensure the best musical experience for both our musicians and audiences.
Music Library
Expanding our music repertoire to embrace a diverse range of skill levels, perspective and styles. These costs include music licensing and printing.
Community Performances
Enabling us to participate in more local events, celebrations, and pride parades to share our music to wider audience. These costs include event fees, venue rentals, booth material, etc...
